Masson Appointments Ltd was founded in August 2003, to provide a very personal and tailored approach to individual company requirements. I provide all levels of staffing, ranging from office juniors, secretaries, marketing, IT, sales, accounts, etc through to Director level positions, to companies ranging from small owner managed businesses through to large multi-nationals.

Once I have received an instruction from a client, I then go and source the best candidates for the role. I search directly for candidates based on your specific requirements. This way, you find candidates that are accurately matched to your exact specifications and genuinely interested in the position. All candidates are interviewed in person by myself to assess their suitability for a role within your organisation. When selecting a shortlist of candidates to present to clients, not only are their skills and experience taken into account, but most importantly, their attitude, behaviours and personality. It is my aim to recruit for you and to provide you with 3-4 top candidates who will understand the importance of responsibility, accountability and to act as an ambassador for you.

My approach is extremely flexible and if you do not have the time to conduct references then, I am more than happy to assist. I like to take the pressure away from you so that you can concentrate on your job, while I find the candidate who can help your business move forward.
